AI
AI is leverage, not a substitute for thinking
You will use coding assistants and agents to investigate, test hypotheses and automate repetitive work. You will still be responsible for understanding the problem, verifying assumptions, explaining decisions and owning the result.
Who we are looking for
A degree can be useful, but it is not the filter. We care about solid foundations, learning speed and the quality of your reasoning.
Engineering foundations
- You understand object-oriented programming and core software concepts.
- You ask precise questions when information is incomplete.
- You care about correctness, testing and maintainability.
Learning and ownership
- You learn quickly and turn feedback into better work.
- You communicate clearly in Spanish and English.
- You take responsibility for understanding the problem and owning the final result.
- You use AI to investigate and move faster, not to replace your own reasoning.
- You review and verify AI-assisted work before treating it as complete.
- You break ambiguous problems into precise, testable steps.
- You can explain your decisions, assumptions and trade-offs.
- You collaborate openly and ask for help at the right time.
Evidence we value
- GitHub or personal projects.
- Strong academic results or scholarships.
- Competitions, technical awards or other evidence of initiative.
A transparent selection process
Built around potential, reasoning and how you work.
Application
Share your profile, location, availability, CV and one piece of technical work or learning you are proud of.
Conversation
A focused discussion about your background, interests, learning process and expectations.
Technical review
A short time-boxed exercise followed by a review with an experienced engineer. We discuss conditions and next steps early and clearly.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need SAP Commerce experience?
No. SAP Commerce Cloud is part of the training programme.
Can I apply while I am still studying?
Yes. Tell us your expected graduation date and availability. The main opportunity is a full-time permanent position.
Can I use AI during the selection process?
We will state clearly where AI is allowed. Where it is, we assess how you use it, verify its output and explain your decisions.
Do I need a degree or previous Java experience?
No degree is mandatory. Some Java knowledge is ideal, but strong object-oriented programming foundations in another language can be enough.
Do I need to live in Tenerife?
No. You can work from any Canary Island. If you currently live elsewhere, you may apply if you genuinely plan to relocate before joining.
